Today I’m reaching out with my heart in my hands to ask for support for someone very dear to our family—my cousin, Juan Bernardo.

Juan has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer, a life-changing and devastating diagnosis that no one is ever prepared for. Since receiving this news, Juan has been unable to work while undergoing treatment and focusing on his health. Unfortunately, this has also meant the loss of the income he depended on to support the people who rely on him most.

Juan is the sole provider for his mother, his wife, and his baby daughter, who is only 4 months old. At a time when his family should be focused on hope, healing, and precious moments with their newborn, they are instead facing overwhelming medical expenses and daily living costs.

Juan is a loving son, a devoted husband, and a proud new father. He has always worked hard to care for his family, and now he needs help carrying this burden. Any contribution—no matter the amount—will go directly toward medical expenses, basic living needs, and ensuring that his family has stability while he fights this battle.
