Support Juan's Educational Journey to Argentina

I know typically when you see a GoFundMe page, it usually results in a negative impact on someone’s life. This GoFundMe page is something different and sheds positivity.

I’m so proud of my son Juan, who is in his 3rd year at Carroll University. Juan will be traveling outside the country for the first time ever to Argentina in January 2025. It’s a requirement for his education.

My son Juan is a full-time student, alongside extracurricular activities which include the Latin Student Organization as a board member, the Black Student Union as a board member, and he has recently joined the American Marketing Association. Juan has worked hard as a Resident Assistant, which means he holds responsibilities for those who live on his floor within the dorm hall. Carroll University’s tuition is about $40,000 annually. With the help of scholarships and grants, about 84% of his tuition is taken care of. Recently, there have been budget cuts at Carroll, which led to one of his scholarships being reduced by 35%. This scholarship was supposed to cover his Argentina trip for Carroll University as a requirement to attend a cultural abroad trip. In an attempt to cover the costs for this trip, we are kindly requesting small donations to help Juan continue his journey for success at Carroll University. Juan is currently a part-time employee at your local grocery store on weekends, a full-time student, and a resident assistant.
