It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our colleague and friend, Juan Montalvo, a valued member of NEP’s NFL Game Day Technology Support team.

Juan Montalvo was part of our NFL Game Day Technology Support team and one of the team’s original members. He played a key role in building its foundation — leading by example, training others, and ensuring that the behind-the-scenes systems ran flawlessly for every NFL game.

Over the years, Juan supported both domestic and international NFL events and was a familiar presence on the sidelines at the Super Bowl and NFL International Games, where he served as a replay technician. His dedication to his work, his teammates, and the NFL was matched only by his outgoing personality, kindness, and can-do spirit.

Juan’s professionalism, warmth, and generosity touched everyone who had the privilege of working with him. He will be deeply missed by his NEP family, colleagues across the industry, and all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.
