My beloved father, Juan , is currently fighting the hardest battle of his life—a battle against multi-organ failure involving his heart, liver, and kidneys. My dad has always been a fighter. But now, his body is tired, and he needs more than strength—he needs help. He has congestive heart failure, end-stage renal disease, and now liver failure.
