Support Juan Carlos Carranza's Heart Surgery

Hi Family and Friends,

You know me as Carlos, but my name is Juan Carlos Carranza. Unfortunately, I would like to let you guys know that I am going through hard times. My heart tried to give up on me. So, sometime next week, possibly Monday, I am going to undergo a high-risk procedure. If it isn't fully successful, I will be put on the list for a heart transplant in the future. With that being said, I am going to be off work for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, that leaves my wife and my two beautiful daughters with medical bills and any other expenses that come up. I would appreciate any help or contribution, not only for me but mostly for them. I hope to have the opportunity to come out of this and thank you all in person.

Ustedes me conocen como Carlos, pero mi nombre es Juan Carlos Carranza. Desafortunadamente, les quiero dejar saber que estoy pasando por tiempos difíciles. Mi corazón me esta fallando. Entonces, este Lunes que viene, me van a hacer un procedimiento con muchos riesgos. Si el procedimiento no es totalmente favorable, me pondrán en lista para un transplante de corazón. Con eso dicho, voy estar sin trabajar posiblemente por un largo tiempo. Eso deja a mi esposa y mis dos hijas con deudas medicas y otros gastos. Aprecio mucho cualquier ayuda o contribución, no solo para mi, pero mas bien para ellas. Espero tener la oportunidad de salir con bien de todo esto y poder agradecerles a todos en persona.
