Supporting J's Senior Gymnastics Season

I'm J and I will be competing Xcel Platinum at Acrotex Cedar Park for my senior season in gymnastics. Last year, I competed Xcel Gold and won first in the state on floor, second on beam, and third all-around, as well as qualifying for the regional competition all whilst being involved in my highschool's marching band. This season I have put aside band to hone in on my gymnastics skill and technique in preparation for college level gymnastics. I hope to do even better this season as I have more time for this challenging sport.

To start this season off strong, I will be attending the Puerto Rico Classic gymnastics meet from December 19th to 21st in San Juan. The airfare for this trip will be a main factor in what the funds will go to ($1,000). Additionally, after having a consult with Brandi Smith at Perfect 10.0 Physical Therapy, she has recommended I come in for continuous appointments ($100 per session) to create a baseline strength in my body to inhabit harder tumbling and gymnastics skills as well recommending performance-enhancing bracing such as:

KoreLeo, which trains your back on which muscles to use for optimal performance and reduced pain ($100)
Ezy Wrap Brace, as wrist supports to reduce the pain in my wrists while tumbling ($100)
X Braces, for my feet to reduce my struggle with functional flat foot ($35)

I hope to continue this sport into college and maybe beyond and will continue to need funding for my competition fees and cost of transportation. This season, I will be attending the following competitions:

I greatly appreciate all of my friends, family, teammates, and coaches for their continued support in my gymnastics career. I am beyond excited to see where this season takes me with your help!

Update!!

I was able to raise enough money to cover all of my Puerto Rico Expenses as well as paying for my enrollment in the Luau Invitational, Houston National Invitational, and in house meet. Additionally, I was able to buy X-braces and Ezy Wrap Brace. I’m still hoping to fund for the KoreLeo, appointments with a sports physical therapist, and the remaining meet fees. If I am able to cover all of these fees, the remaining money will be used for routine purchases such as athletic tape and muscle rub, travel expenses to and from the competitions, and possibly private lessons!
