SITUATION
A week ago a car accident changed our family's life.
Junior (Jr) has lived in the USA since he was 3 years old. He is married to a US citizen and has all his paperwork approved and is just waiting on his appointment to get his Visa. On June 11, 2025, a distracted driver hit his vehicle and the traffic accident resulted in his detainment and he is currently in ICE Custody. He is the sole provider for his family during the summer time as his spouse works at a school and they are on summer break. Our lawyer says that since everything is in order with his case we have a strong case to get him out. We need your help!
ABOUT HIM
Jr is a father of three kids and is the main provider of his family. Everyone that knows him understands how crucial it is that he is present in his children's lives.
WHY WE'RE RAISING FUNDS
- URGENT LEGAL FEES: There is an estimated cost of $6,000 just to get him out of the detention Center. This does not include court fees or bonds.
- BONDS & COURT FEES: We are estimating about $10,000 in all these fees including having an attorney present for the court dates.
- FAMILY NEEDS: Estimated at $4,000 for now. The family still needs to cover rent, utilities, and grocery expenses while he is detained. Also, their vehicle is most likely a total loss so they will need assistance for travel expenses.
He may be detained for up to a month (worst case) but we are hoping to have the first $6,000 within the next 2 weeks as the lawyer needs the first $6,000 after she files a motion for his bond.

Junior vive en Estados Unidos desde los 3 años. Está casado con una ciudadana estadounidense, tiene todos sus documentos aprobados y solo espera su cita para obtener su visa.
