On July 24, 2024, Wednesday, Waist deep floods at the UST-University of Santo Thomas Hospital in Manila, Philippines placed under state calamity during Typhoon Carina. On this day, my father was sent to ER due to his decrease level of consciousness, difficulty breathing and shortness of breath, he almost got stranded during his transport to this nearest hospital. He was admitted in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and was placed in a ventilator to help him survive. Please kindly needing your help in paying off his medical bills and recovery.
