Support Josue's Recovery After Skydiving Accident

On September 29th, 2024, Josue was involved in a serious skydiving accident which required an emergency spine surgery. He sustained a few broken vertebrae, severe swelling, and it has affected his mobility. Josue has a long road ahead to fully recover. We hope that with time and rehabilitation, he will be able to have a full recovery and gain his independence back. He is currently facing many challenges, medical bills, and loss of income.

Josue has been a hardworking public servant. He was a Wildland Firefighter hotshot and smokejumper for the Forest Service. Unfortunately, his skydiving career has been placed on hold. This incident has not only affected him physically but has also put a tremendous emotional and financial strain on the family.
