Hi, my name is jenna and this is my baby girl Josephine, yesterday 1/13/26 we got the heart breaking news that our girl would need to have an emergency open heart surgery to fix an artery in her heart that isn't where it should be, the Dr said it was an Anomalious left coronary artery issue. Josie is currently in the Vanderbilt childrens hospital in Nashville Tenessee which is about 4 hours or so from where we live, im making this to try and raise funds to help pay for gas to get back and forth to visit our girl as she has a very long road ahead of her, we could be in the hospital for up to 3 months, we are all very scared and praying for her. Update 2/1/26 - josie made it through her surgery, her heart did stop before they had even started the surgery, being told that was one of the scariest moments of my life. She had to leave the OR with her chest open but had it closed on 1/18/26. She is doing much better than anyone could have expected. We have faced some setbacks but I know that is a part of any medical journey, I am just trying to take it day by day, we still have a long road ahead of us please continue to donate if you can ❤️
