Hello there! My name is Josiah Hinson, and this summer I have been given the opportunity to visit the Bible Lands with my school, visiting Israel and Turkey, May 11-30! Since I am majoring in a pastoral degree, North Central University requires students like me to go on this trip. The Bible Lands Study Abroad Program is designed specifically for students, educators, and anyone desiring a more intense and comprehensive learning experience in the lands of the Bible. We will be able to explore our faith and study the text of Scripture within its geographical, historical, and cultural context, as well as interact with world-renowned scholars, including archaeologists and historians. I am so grateful that I get the opportunity to visit these places and experience where most of the Bible was written!

While this trip is going to be an experience of a lifetime, there are two ways that you can join in this ministry with me!

1. Pray for us. Please ask God to give us safe travel, as we will be going to several different places and communities with many different cultural norms. Your prayers are crucial for this trip, as the safety of everyone is our top priority.

2. Offer financial support. If you feel called to support me on this trip, please prayerfully consider mailing or giving me a donation. I am responsible for raising the cost of about $5,000 by March 11, to go to the Bible Lands. Your support will enable me to participate in this exciting opportunity!
