Hello, I'm Lori Hunsaker, reaching out to share my son Joshua's challenging story. Joshua, at 30, has been fighting Duchenne muscular dystrophy for three decades—a relentless disease impacting his muscles and respiratory system. Recently, a minor hospital visit revealed an additional and unexpected battle: leukemia, a fatal blood cancer.

As Joshua's condition worsens, he now relies on multiple breathing machines just to breathe. The escalating medical needs demand constant care from around-the-clock nurses. To alleviate the growing financial burden and enhance Joshua's quality of life, we've initiated this fundraiser.
