Hello, my name is Joshua. I’m turning 18 very soon, and I’m reaching out because I truly need help. I’ve been working hard to become independent despite being visually impaired, and I fully understand the responsibility that comes with that. My goal is to take a safe, thoughtful first step by purchasing a small and manageable motorcycle — a 2017 Kawasaki Z125 — something that will allow me to learn, grow, and experience freedom in a new way.
I’m hoping to raise $800 total — with $395 going toward the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) course so I can learn to ride properly and safely, and $400 toward the motorcycle itself.
My parents are strongly against me owning any kind of vehicle — not even a car — but this is something I deeply want to do for myself. It represents independence, responsibility, and a chance to experience life from a new perspective.
Every single dollar donated will go directly toward the safety course and the motorcycle — nothing else. Your help wouldn’t just be a donation; it would be a life-changing gift that helps me start my adulthood with purpose and hope.
