My name is Joshua. I am in desperate need of help. I was recently involved in a bad e-bike wreck that almost took my life. I suffered an orbital bone fracture, a splenic pseudoaneurysm, and a brain stem bleed. I can't get insurance, according to what I've been told, and unfortunately I'm being refused care without money, which I have none of due to being out of work for a month.

I need a CT scan of my head to check the brain bleed, I need a neurosurgeon to check the results of the CT scan, and I was told the bill alone for the neurosurgeon will be at least $300. The scan for my splenic coil procedure to make sure everything is good is going to be at least $500.

I have no one to help me and have nowhere to turn, as every avenue I've taken to try to get help gets denied. I don't know what to do anymore. I was thankful to be alive, but that's slowly fading. I feel like I'm just a burden and there's no hope for the future. I never ask for help, so this is taking a lot for me to even think about doing.
