On December 2, 2025, my mother, Lynne Wise, passed away. In the weeks since, my world has been turned completely upside down. Anyone who knows me knows that I am a man of pride and integrity, so even creating this GoFundMe has been very difficult for me.

For those who may not know, in 2017 I was given the opportunity to leave a job that was quite literally crippling me physically and take on the role of my mom’s full-time caregiver. This was a mutually beneficial situation for both of us. I was able to heal my body, and she was able to live out the rest of her life in her own home, cared for by someone who unconditionally loved her and wanted nothing but the best for her.

After many years of facing countless health challenges together, we finally lost the fight. Now I am trying to pick up the pieces of the life I lived for the past eight years. I am currently navigating grief while also working to regain financial stability, including covering essential bills and the loss of income during this transition.
