Support Joshua Sher's Senior Thesis Film CURVEBALL

Hey everyone!

My name is Joshua Sher, and I am a student filmmaker at the University of Miami with a double major in Finance & Motion Pictures. My senior year thesis film, CURVEBALL, is based on an original script I have been working on for over two years and am super excited to see come to life. A drama-thriller, CURVEBALL follows James Romano, a star baseball prospect from UM, and the future of the New York Mets organization. When his family’s connection to organized crime comes to light, however, he must reckon with his past on live television, and avoid becoming the latest victim of cancel culture.

As this is a student production with a limited budget, we are asking for donations! All funds would go towards any of the following necessities:

- Locations

- Props

- Transportation

- Food for our cast and crew

Any remaining funds will be used to submit to festivals so that our film can reach as wide of an audience as possible.
