Joshua Quinn's Mission Trip!

Our 17 year old son, Joshua Quinn, will be going on a mission trip this summer with the CELEBRANT SINGERS! Please keep reading because we need your help to make it happen! A gift of any amount is greatly appreciated! Below is Joshua's letter of appeal for help:

   A few days ago, a group called CELEBRANT SINGERS visited my school looking for musical talent to be a part of their next outreach to the USA and Japan. After completing the application paperwork, interview, and an audition, I was accepted!  I have been blessed with an awesome opportunity: a chance to minister to people across our nation and around the world!

     The ministry group I’ve joined, called CELEBRANT SINGERS, is a ministry that has for 40 years shared the love of Christ throughout the world using the tools of music, prayer, testimony, and the Word.  They have gone down the roads less traveled, going where His light is dim and His voice is heard small. They have ministered in all 50 states and Canada, and 98 additional countries, and, this summer, I have been given the opportunity to join them as a Baritone Singer and use my God given talent of music to share His love!

     This year will mark my first outreach with CELEBRANT SINGERS.  Starting June 2017, I will embark on my next step in my journey with Christ as a missionary. We’ll travel throughout the United States and then fly to Japan, where we’ve been led to minister this summer. In order to follow Christ in ministry, I will really need your help.

     I first ask for your support through prayers. I know that alone I cannot do this, but with your prayers and God’s blessings, our mission to touch the lives of many people this summer will come to life! Secondly, if you find it in your heart, I ask you to support me financially as well. The cost of my outreach is $4895.00 and I am praying that God will provide the financial support through friends like you. Can I count on your support? Your donations will make all of this possible, any amount will work!

     God has amazing plans for this summer, and I hope and pray that you will join me in this mission to touch the world in a big way! We’re in a time when God’s voice has been so muffled by the distractions of this world and I believe He is calling for all of us to break through those barriers and bring our brothers and sisters, who have fallen away, back home to Christ.

     I just want to thank you in advance for partnering with me in this important outreach, and for taking the time to read this letter. I am overjoyed at the chance of representing God through my singing. Let’s do something big for God this summer!
