My name is Josh, and I’m asking for help with something that has become impossible for me to handle on my own.

I have a genetic condition that causes my teeth to deteriorate and decay, no matter how hard I try to stay on top of them. Over time, they have continued to get worse, and I’m now at the point where I need to have my damaged teeth removed and replaced.

This isn’t just about how my teeth look. They cause pain, make it difficult to eat normally, and the continued decay and risk of infection are becoming a serious concern for my overall health.

I’ve put this off for as long as I could because dental treatment and replacement teeth are incredibly expensive. Unfortunately, I’ve reached the point where waiting is only making things worse.

I’m raising money to help cover:

- Dental exams and X-rays

- Removal of damaged teeth

- Treatment for any infection or other problems

- Dentures, implants, or whatever replacement option my dentist determines is possible

- Follow-up appointments and related dental expenses

Asking people for help isn’t easy for me, but I want to be able to eat without worrying about pain, smile without being embarrassed, and most importantly, stop worrying about what these dental problems are doing to my health.
