Over the past year, Josh has faced the unprecedented challenge of being diagnosed with interstitial lung disease and pulmonary fibrosis. The treatment has been ineffective, which has led to Josh's medical team recommending he have a double lung transplant. While insurance will cover some of the transplant costs, the out-of-pocket expenses are tremendous, including housing costs, prescription drugs, and the extensive time he will be in the hospital.
