We wanted to share some positive news about Josh’s journey. He has decided to return to Portland, Oregon, where he has found a new oncologist who specializes in Sarcoma at the renowned OHSU Cancer Center. The team there has been amazing in taking over his care and offering new treatment options that were not available before. They’re currently considering a surgery to resect the main tumor, which would hopefully provide much-needed relief from the severe pain he’s been struggling with.

While Josh has been facing immense pain due to the size of the tumor, he is surrounded by a wonderful community of friends in Portland who are helping him as he navigates this next phase of his treatment.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone who has contributed so far, Josh has been able to maintain his COBRA insurance, cover medical bills, medication costs, and daily living expenses. Additionally, he has qualified for a few local programs in Portland that will help ease the financial burden, although these programs take time to fully process.

We cannot express enough how much your contributions, prayers, and unwavering support mean to us. It is truly a lifeline, and we are so grateful. As Josh settles into Portland and begins his new treatment plan, we deeply appreciate your continued support during this challenging time.
