Last month on April 15th, my brother Josh Roberson went to the ER due to severe symptoms he was experiencing. Upon multiple tests and scans, he was informed he had cancer. We eventually found out it was Stage 4 Colon cancer that had spread into his liver and caused his liver be severely weakened and enlarged to twice its normal size.

He’s been through 3 rounds of chemo now, and is thankfully responding well. However this has placed a hardship on him financially. He’s currently unable to work, and has applied for Short-Term Disability however his job has requirements that he doesn’t meet. He’s thankfully been able to focus on recovering, however the financial strain is taking a toll on him as well.
