Support Josh's battle with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome

Hello friends and family, as some of you may know, I've been dealing with some pretty difficult health symptoms for the past few years. In 2023 I was diagnosed with celiac and subclinical hashimotos disease. Both seemed very manageable, I thought "Great, just stop eating gluten and my symptoms should go away". Unfortunately that hasn't been the case. I still often suffer from extreme fatigue, brain fog, and bad inflammation ranging all over the body. It's hard to explain how debilitating these symptoms are, but when they are at their worst I'm completely bed bound.

After many many many doctors appointments I've finally found out that I have MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome) It is nice to finally know what has been causing these symptoms, but sadly this is a life long condition.

Going years with these symptoms has unfortunately dealt a very big financial blow in my life. My work weeks are often cut in half or more when my symptoms are severe, and combined with multiple doctors visits I'm left with little to get by on.

I'd be extremely grateful to anyone who can support or share this. I also want to thank my parents, who have been very supportive while I've been going through these health issues.
