Hello, my name is Josh Rudy. You probably know me as Rudy and if you do know me, you know i have always been someone that is willing and available to go to bat for my family, friends, and community at large. I am now reaching out to my community for support in a time of need.

Early in the morning of March 18th my bike was stolen from my place of work. In an attempt to retrieve my stolen property, i’ve been falsely charged when, in fact, I reached out to law enforcement. I waited over 12 hours for assistance but they delayed and put at risk retrieving my only means of transportation.

The Police were either unwilling or unable to help ME. They took the accusations from the thieves rather than helping me get my stolen property back. Now I am having to fight these charges. The state is now forcing me to defend myself from these false accusations and government overreach.
