My name is Carla Hickman and I am starting this GoFundMe for my good friend Josh Orlowski. Josh recently had to have surgery after a bad fall. He is a full-time bartender and is unable to work due to the surgery he had. He doesn't have medical insurance and his medical bills are astronomical, as you can imagine.
