Joshua’s Battle
When I was 26 weeks pregnant, doctors told me our baby boy, Joshua, had a serious heart problem called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. They said he might not survive his first surgery. But at just 2 days old, Joshua surprised everyone—he made it through and came home a month later.
When he turned 6 months old, he needed two more open-heart surgeries. He stayed in the hospital from October to December and kept fighting with all his strength. Then in April, a virus made his heart even weaker. He needed another surgery to replace a heart valve, and later a fifth surgery because his heart still wasn’t working well.
Now it’s July, and Joshua is still on oxygen. We’re waiting to see if he can be put on the heart transplant list. He needs a new heart to live, and every day we are praying for that miracle.
Joshua has been through so much—but he keeps smiling and showing us how strong he is. We’re asking for help to cover medical costs, travel, and everything else that helps us care for him.
Your prayers, support, and donations mean everything to us. Thank you for standing with our family and believing in Joshua’s miracle. We trust God is watching over him and guiding us through this.
