My name is Jose, and I am facing the most difficult time of my life. After suffering ten heart attacks, my doctors have told me there are no more medical options left to fix my condition. I am living with the knowledge that I will continue to have heart attacks until my heart finally gives out. Every day is a struggle, both physically and emotionally, as I try to make the most of the time I have left.

Because of my health, I am unable to work and I do not have health insurance. The medical bills keep piling up, and I am struggling to afford the medication and basic living expenses I need to get by. I am reaching out for help because I simply cannot do this alone.
