This GoFundMe is being established to help with obtaining an immigration lawyer for our Uncle and Brother Jose Oleaz. Jose was detained yesterday, 1/14/2026 from his work truck in the city of Pomona by ICE agents. These agents did not realize that they were detaining the only caregiver left of 13 year old foster child Bryan Gonzalez, who already suffered the loss of his aunt 2 years ago in a tragic car accident. Now, Bryan is left without both of his potential adoptive parents and is being cared for by myself, another aunt in the meantime.
