Hello, my name is Jose Edmundo Garcia, and I have the distinct pleasure of being selected for the Honors Performance Series. In over a month at the end of the month of July 2024, I will be traveling to England for an amazing opportunity to perform at the Royal Festival Hall with other selected performers from across the world as a member of the Honors Band! The Honors Performance Series brings together exceptional student performers from around the world. Selected performers have the opportunity to study under master conductors, work with other elite musicians, and perform at the Royal Festival Hall.

With this opportunity, I will have the pleasure of working with master conductors and building a performing resume, rehearsing and interacting with performers from across the world, experiencing cultural highlights, seeing famous sites, and experiencing the excitement that England has to offer. To take part in this opportunity, I need to raise $5,500 in order to pay for my travel to the United Kingdom and tuition fees for the program.
