My name is Joseph, and over the past several months, my life has changed dramatically. In early August, I suffered my first stroke, which forced me to take a month off work. With determination and some accommodations, I was able to return to my job. Unfortunately, just six weeks later, I experienced a second stroke in mid-September. Despite these setbacks, I pushed forward, hoping things would improve.
On December 26, 2025, I had my third and most severe stroke. This one left my entire right side numb and seriously affected my balance, making it impossible for me to work or support myself properly. Not being able to work has been a different kind of pain—one that’s hard to describe. I am now facing the challenge of covering my basic living expenses while I recover and wait for Social Security approval.
I am reaching out for help to cover my essential needs during this difficult time. Your support will help me keep a roof over my head and food on the table as I focus on healing. I am deeply grateful to be alive and still able to smile, and I promise to pay it forward when I am able. Thank you for anything you can spare—even a dollar makes a difference. I will respond to all donations with heartfelt gratitude.
