My name is Joseph Falzone. I am raising funds due to the fact there is no State Disability in South Dakota. My employer had to terminate me due to my medical restrictions, and I am unable to file for unemployment since I am disabled. I am unable to work due to a personal injury sustained at home, which is causing me to have multiple surgeries on my bilateral shoulders and bilateral wrists. Hopefully, my surgeries will be successful. This could keep me out of work for the next six months to a year. I am the main provider for my family, including my six grandchildren, and will have no way to keep a roof over our heads and food on the table if I do not receive help.
