Hello! My name is Sam and I am raising money for my dad, Joseph, who has been battling a very stubborn oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma since August 2022.

It has been a very long and hard fight against this cancer and has come to a point where conventional treatments no longer seem to work. He underwent radiation, chemotherapy, and some immunotherapy but the cancer always came back.

He had major surgery on January 30, 2025 to remove the major cancerous tumor from his jaw but he still has small cancer fragments within his jaw. There is the option of radiation but radiation for head and neck cancers is brutal and life-altering. He underwent radiation at the beginning of his cancer journey and it was so incredibly difficult and he ended up in the hospital multiple times due to radiation side effects. We are now looking into more natural cancer alternatives as we have family friends that went that route and is now cancer free.

I am looking to fundraise to pay for a personalized cancer test for my dad. This is a blood test that is $2250 USD and is sent to Europe. The labs there run deep and thorough testing for the specific cancer the patient has. They give personalized results for which conventional and natural therapies work best for the killing off the cancer. With the results from this test, we can better go about treating my dad to, God-willing, heal him of his cancer.
