Hello everyone,

My name is Joseph, and I never thought I’d find myself in this position — asking for help just to get by. I’m currently facing some very serious health problems that have made it impossible for me to work and take care of my basic needs on my own.

I live with diabetes and congestive heart failure, and both conditions have made daily life extremely difficult. I am disabled and rely solely on my Social Security disability payments to survive. Unfortunately, my payment was recently reduced, and now I can’t keep up with my rent, bills, or groceries.

I’ve fallen behind on rent, and I’m afraid of losing my home. Between the cost of medication, doctor visits, and basic living expenses, I’m struggling just to make it from one month to the next.

I’m reaching out in the hope that some kind people might be able to help me get through this difficult time. Any money raised will go toward:

Paying back rent and overdue bills

Buying food and basic necessities

Covering medical costs and transportation to appointments

I’ve always tried to live simply and be there for others when I could. Now, I find myself needing the same kindness and compassion that I’ve seen so many others receive in their times of need.
