Josephine Watford, affectionately known as Ms. Jojo, is a beloved mother to three
wonderful boys and a loving wife. She has been an integral part of our community and
the Primrose School of Lake Wylie for 13 years, and together she has dedicated over
20 years to the field of child care, touching the lives of many children and families.
On Saturday, October 25th, Ms. Jojo unexpectedly suffered a brain aneurysm that led to a stroke. She was rushed by her husband to a nearby hospital off Providence Road,
and shortly after, she was airlifted to CMC Main Hospital to receive specialized
treatment. Emergency surgery was performed on Sunday morning to remove the clot
causing the aneurysm.
As of Tuesday morning, Ms. Jojo is beginning to regain consciousness and has started
to communicate minimally. Her team of doctors continues to evaluate her condition,
working tirelessly to understand the impacts on her mental and physical health and to
develop a comprehensive recovery plan.
This sudden health crisis has placed enormous emotional and financial stress on her
family. We are reaching out to help support Josephine’s medical expenses,
rehabilitation, and ongoing care. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a
meaningful difference in her journey toward recovery.
Please join us in praying for her strength and healing. Your generosity and love mean
the world to her family during this difficult time.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
