Our beloved neighbor and friend Joseph "Spider" recently suffered a stroke that has turned his world upside down. What started as an ordinary day quickly became a medical emergency, and now he faces a long and challenging road to recovery.

Spider is currently undergoing intensive rehabilitation to regain mobility and independence. While his determination and positive spirit inspire us all, there is a real financial burden due to this health crisis.

With extensive medical treatments and physical therapy, he needs our community's support.

Spider loves animals - cats and dogs alike - and has been a dependable cat-caregiver for me and my neighbors in recent years. He is a regular fixture on the block as he maintains his Dodge truck, Harley, and Thunderbird while jamming out to classic rock! Spider is our 'de-facto' neighborhood watch and a leader in our building to investigate illegal rent adjustments for those with rent-stabilization.
