Hi, my name is Stephanie Pontius.

My heart aches for my sister, Christine, and her two beautiful children, Lorelai and Travis, who are navigating the devastating loss of their beloved husband and father, Joe Smith.

​To know Joe was to know pure love—the kind that was evident in every moment he spent with his family. He and my sister may not have had a lot of material wealth, but the love they shared was everything. Now, in the wake of this tragedy, my sister is facing a long road ahead.

​This fund is a way for us to ease some of the financial stress so she can focus on healing with her kids. All donations will go directly toward funeral costs and providing for my niece and nephew's immediate needs, allowing Christine to grieve and begin to rebuild without the weight of financial worry.
