Hello my name is Joseph Simmons and back in March of this year, I received my blood test results back from the hospital and they said that I have a disease called LUPUS. Which is an auto immune system disease and is also incurable and a long term disease. This disease is said to affect all my organs in my body. I just made an appointment to go see the rheumatologist Doctor and see what they say. But I've got a bad feeling that I won't be able to make it very much longer for its already affected my lungs and my right arm is severely weak and tingling now and I've never ever even had asthma before but all of a sudden there it is. I have my inhaler for my asthma and arthritis all over my body. I know that I'm dying so all the aches and pains are so severe now that I have to take Tylenol 3 times a day to calm all my pain. I'm also a diabetic and have severe chronic lower back pain as well. I have arthritis in my shoulders and knees and feet. Yeah I'm a mess I really need help with paying for All my medical bills and future bills for All that I'm going through Right now and would sincerely appreciate it lot's if you can help me out with whatever you can spare to give toward my charity and cause and I will end here for now and say a big thank you for your help with my case and cause THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR WONDERFUL SUPPORT OF ME.
