Support Joseph LaZar's Critical Recovery

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read our story.

My name is Aly, and this fundraiser is for my papa, Joseph LaZar. I have created this fundraiser for him and my nana, Joyce, in hopes that we can help them through this difficult time.

On Saturday, October 26th, Joseph had accidentally fallen down the stairs in their home in which he suffered a severe brain injury. He was rushed to Hamot Medical Center in which he underwent emergency brain surgery to alleviate bleeding and pressure on his brain. He is currently in the ICU and is in critical condition.

Joseph is still unconscious at this time though he has been making progress with moving his arms and his right leg. He has a long road of recovery ahead of him and I am asking for support assisting him and my nana with the costs of his continued treatment.

Joseph is a great husband, father, and grandfather who enjoys helping others in any way he can. He makes everyone around him smile and always lights up the room. He is very loved by all.
