Support Joseph Kraus's Journey to Education
Donation protected
My name is Joseph Kraus. I left the Hasidic Jewish community when I was 17 years old. Growing up, I was not allowed to get any secular education, so when I left, I realized I had a tremendous gap in my education. I didn't even know how to write my own name in English. Initially, after leaving the Hasidic community, I was homeless. Even now, three years later, I struggle financially with things such as food and housing. In the last few months, I started to seriously invest in my education, spending over $5,000 of my own money (which I got from a deadly car accident that caused me to have a fractured spine) on my education. Now, a few months later, all of my money has dried up, and I am no longer able to pay for English tutoring and continue to get my high school diploma and eventually go to college. Please donate any amount so I can continue my education and eventually go to college. All of this costs a lot of money. Thank you so much for your help. (In case you're wondering, this was written with speech-to-text and AI technology.)
