Story:

Hi, my name is Charles and I’m reaching out on behalf of my friend Joesph Kania, 18 year-old, senior in high school who is in urgent need of legal representation.

Joseph Kania is an honor-roll student, passionate about motorcycles. He likes sports especially football. His dreams of becoming a professional welder.

Joseph was recently arrested after being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Despite having no prior record, he’s now facing serious charges that could change his life forever. He needs an experienced criminal defense attorney to fight for his freedom — but quality legal representation costs more than his family can afford.

Sadly, Joey lost his father and his mother is currently in a rehabilitation recovering from a massive stroke. Joey has no family to lean on for support; and has since been left to fend for himself. He works hard to take care of himself and his mother, who is disabled.

He’s being treated as guilty before even getting the chance to prove his innocence. Without a strong defense, he could end up behind bars for something he didn’t do.

Unfortunately, Joseph cannot afford the legal fees required to retain a qualified defense law attorney. Without proper representation, he risks losing a chance at a promising future.
