Support Joseph Connelly's Recovery Journey

On 3/11/25, my brother Joseph Connelly experienced a severe accident at work. The accident involved a chain and sprocket drive in a lumber yard. While doing daily checks, an accident occurred, that resulted in his left sleeve being caught up and pulled into the machinery. The machinery proceeded to tear through his hand, wrist, and forearm. His condition was so severe that he needed a tourniquet for his arm and to be airlifted to Robert Packer Hospital. Shortly after arrival, he went into emergency surgery so doctors could not only save his life but save what they could of his left arm.

My brother Joe is out of surgery and is in recovery and is doing ok considering the situation. Other family members and I are worried that his employer and the state will delay as long as they can to prevent him from receiving the compensation he deserves. This GoFundMe is specifically to cover anything he and his family may need, whether it's for legal representation, or the necessities of the home. If those happen to be covered, the money is going towards his prosthetics to help with his day-to-day once he is fully recovered.

Some more information about Joe he has two young daughters named Ellie(6) and Stella(2). He is single and loves being outdoors. Wither it's camping, fishing, hunting or off-roading he's passionate about them all. He also love's driving and modifying cars.
