Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news that our beloved nephew, Joseph Cancel, has recently been diagnosed with lymphoma, a form of cancer that has turned his world—and ours—upside down.

At just 17 years old, Joseph should be spending his days going to school, laughing with friends, and dreaming about the future. Instead, he’s now facing a battle no child should ever have to fight. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy, radiation and has a long road ahead filled with hospital stays, medications, and countless tests and procedures.

As you can imagine, the emotional toll on our family is immense—but so is the financial burden. Medical bills are already starting to pile up, and there are additional costs for travel, time away from work, and making sure Joseph is as comfortable and supported as possible through this difficult journey.

We are reaching out to our community for help.
