Our family is reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for support as we prepare for Joseph Akers' final journey home. Joe has been fighting CF all his life bravely, but his health has declined beyond his control, and hospice has prepared us with very limited time. We want to honor him with a peaceful, dignified funeral that reflects the love he gave all of us. Any contribution—no matter how small—will help our family cover his end-of-life expenses during this incredibly difficult time.
