Hi everyone, We are reaching out on behalf of someone very special to Cedar Mountain Post Acute—Our Activities Director, Jose Uribe. Jose has been a dedicated part of the Cedar Mountain Post Acute family for over 12 years. He is known for his kindness, his work ethic, and the way he brings light and positivity to everyone around him. He is also the sole provider for his household and cares for his younger siblings.

Just a few weeks ago, Jose and his family received devastating news—his mother had been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. In such a short amount of time, everything changed. With heavy hearts, we now share that Jose’s mother has sadly passed away. This loss has been incredibly painful for Jose and his family. His mother was his everything, and now he is facing not only the emotional weight of this loss, but also the financial burden that comes with funeral expenses and continuing to support his family.

We are coming together to support Jose during this unimaginable time. Donations will help cover funeral costs and ease the financial strain so he can focus on grieving, healing, and being there for his brothers.
