Quiero compartir una noticia muy difícil sobre mi padrastro, Jorge. Hace poco sufrió una aneurisma cerebral que se rompió, lo que requirió atención médica de emergencia. Ha sido un momento muy duro y aterrador para nuestra familia, pero estamos profundamente agradecidos de que esté en camino a su recuperación.

Mientras Jorge se enfoca en sanar con la ayuda de su esposa Yaneris (mi mamá), no podrá trabajar durante las próximas semanas. Lamentablemente, las cuentas médicas y los gastos diarios continúan acumulándose. Además, Jorge también apoya a su hija de 3 años, Jarelin, quien vive en la República Dominicana. No poder brindarle su apoyo en este momento ha sido especialmente difícil para él.

Hemos creado este GoFundMe para ayudar a cubrir los gastos del hospital, la terapia, y las necesidades del día a día como la renta, la comida y los servicios básicos mientras él se recupera. Cualquier aporte —grande o pequeño— marcará una gran diferencia y ayudará a aliviar parte del estrés financiero que enfrenta nuestra familia.

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to share some difficult news about my stepfather, Jorge. Recently, he suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm that required emergency medical care. It’s been an overwhelming and frightening time for our family, but we’re deeply grateful that he’s on the road to recovery.

As Jorge focuses on healing with the help of his wife Yaneris (my mother), he’ll be unable to work for the next several weeks. Unfortunately, medical bills and everyday expenses continue to add up. On top of that, Jorge also supports his 3-year-old daughter, Jarelin, who lives in the Dominican Republic. Being unable to provide for her right now has been especially hard on him.

We’ve set up this GoFundMe to help cover hospital bills, therapy costs, and everyday expenses like rent, groceries, and utilities during his recovery period. Any amount—big or small—will make a meaningful difference and help relieve some of the financial stress on our family.
