Hello everyone,

my name is Victoria Garcia and I'm starting this fundraiser for my father Jorge Garcia, who survived the crash in El Paso on I-10 east near paisano on December 21. A speeding truck slammed into my father and rolled off the highway while taking down the freeway sign.

My father had to be rushed to the hospital where he was treated for 5 lower back TP fractures, a closed head injury, a lumbar soft tissue hematoma, and various abrasions. His car is completely totaled and it could take 3-4 weeks for him to recover.

Thankfully, he was discharged on the 24th and we are so lucky to have him back for the holidays. He is still in a lot of pain and wont be able to work for a while, so we are fundraising to help him with medical costs and other necessities.
