Hi, my name is Jhoann, and I’m raising funds for my close friend Jorge, who I’ve known for over 10 years. Jorge lives in Miami, Florida, and on December 14th, he was in a serious motorcycle accident that left him with broken hands and severe injuries that required skin graft/skin transplant procedures.

Jorge is a chef with over 15 years of experience and currently works at MILA in Miami. Cooking is not just his career—it’s his life. But right now, because his hands are injured, he cannot work while he goes through a long and painful recovery.

We’re raising money to help Jorge cover the essentials during this time, including rent, groceries, transportation to medical appointments, and lost income from time off work. Funds will also help with legal-related costs (including lawyers) and any additional recovery needs that come up as he heals.
