Story:

My husband, Jorge, is currently facing his second battle with cancer. He has been diagnosed with sarcoma, and this journey has already tested our strength in ways we never imagined. Recently, Jorge underwent brain surgery to remove several tumors. We are grateful for the care he received and that the surgery was successful, but this is only the beginning of a long road ahead.

Jorge’s recovery will be extensive and intense. He will need to undergo radiation therapy to help shrink the remaining tumors, along with continued treatments and medical care. Because of this, he will be unable to work for a significant amount of time.

Not only is Jorge my husband—he is also a devoted father. Our family depends on him in so many ways, and seeing him go through this has been heartbreaking.

I have taken time off work to be by his side through surgery and recovery, but I will need to return soon so I can continue to support our family. Even with that, the financial burden of medical bills, daily expenses, and the loss of Jorge’s income is overwhelming.

We are humbly asking for your support. Any donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward Jorge’s medical expenses and helping our family stay afloat during this time.
