Support Jorge's Fight Against Illness

Hi everyone, my name is Jorge. As hard as this is for me to do, I don’t know where else to go. So, family and friends, please help.

I recently lost my job and have not been able to work due to my health issues. I have been diagnosed with an incurable disease called Meniers disease it’s a neurological disease and it’s made it really difficult for me to work or even have a normal quality of life. I get vertigo on the spot—no heads up, no trigger warnings, it just happens. I have total hearing loss in my right ear from a tumor I had taken out in 2000 and as time has passed I’ve lost a considerable amount of hearing in my right ear .. I wear a hearing aid as it does help some but I cannot understand people on the phone especially men, as I’ve lost the deep bass sounds.. I understand that in time I will lose hearing in my good ear , something I am not looking forward to .

My wife and I are trying to do everything we possibly can, but it’s gotten to the point where we are about to lose things we’ve worked so hard for all these years. I know that there are people struggling as well, but this is something that we never expected and it’s so hard.

I ask you, please, if you can afford anything to help with my medical expenses and all the other things we have that have fallen behind, it would be so greatly appreciated. Again, this is so hard for me to do, to ask for help. It’s not me. I just can’t and don’t want to see my family struggle because of me not being able to support them.

As a man, head of the house, I’m supposed to be the breadwinner and I have failed. It hurts. I ask if you can give anything, anything at all would go to great use. I just wanted to say thank you in advance and may God bless you and yours always.
