Jorge Vargas Top It Off Bottling

To date Jorge is living in a memory facility in Vacaville due to his injury sustained at work. Workers Comp denied the claim last September. As of last week we have received our date for his qualified medical examination, which is this coming September. 13 days shy of his 1 year anniversary of his injury. There has been many medical and facility bills coming out of pocket. The group of friends and family that has donated through this go fund me have been so incredibly gracious to us.As most of you know this is Jorge Vargas who worked for Edgewood Estates, Napa Barrel Care, and most recently Top It Off Bottling. On September 24th of 2024 while at work, he suffered a fractured skull and a traumatic brain injury. These injuries have altered his life, No longer is he able to work, drive, or even remember family members names.

The medical bills are outrageous and worker’s compensation has denied his claims. The first two weeks in ICU was 1 million dollars and he was hospitalized for over 2 months. He requires special medical assistance and the family is paying out of pocket for his care. It’s running a little more then $11,000 a momth for the family to pay for living facilities, doctor visits and prescriptions,
