Support Jorge Nuñez's Critical Recovery

Update as of 2/6/25:

Jorge has been discharged from the hospital! He will be at a rehab facility getting intense physical and occupational therapy. This is a good thing!! The doctors at OSHU feel confident that Jorge has a lot of potential to make a great recover. We’re extremely happy Jorge is doing well, and him and Susana will start working on the next phase of what life looks like. My name is Alana Nuñez and I am the sister in law of Jorge and Susana Nuñez. On 1/6/25, Jorge suffered from a grade 4 subarachnoid hemorrhage- which means Jorge had a severe, almost fatal stroke. He is still alive, but in very critical condition. At his bedside is his loving wife Susana, his younger brother Alvaro and the love and support from their family and friends. Jorge and Susana are such hard working parents, and would not ask for help, so I am asking for assistance on their behalf to help with daily expenses of raising a family, keeping Susana in a hotel near Jorge, keeping the mortgage/ bills paid and keeping the kids lives afloat so that Susana can focus on Jorge’s physical needs. This money goes directly to Susana to empower their family with resources to recover and rebuild their lives.

At this time, Jorge is very critical. He changes minute by minute and his overall outcome is unknown. He is fragile. His children are being taken care of by family, his wife is being supported by their generous friends and family, and his brother Alvaro is supporting their overall network of friends and family, and praying daily at his bedside.

This family needs true support. This will be a long recovery, and I ask that you please help support this family in their time of need. El 6 de enero de 2025, Jorge sufrió una hemorragia subaracnoidea de grado 4, lo que significa que Jorge tuvo un derrame cerebral grave, casi fatal. Todavía está vivo, pero en estado muy crítico.
